You say that as if it is a negative thing. My point is it would not be
If a Utah fan or BYU fan reported this now, than if it was a NCAA violation it would be no big deal and a secondary issue.
If thousands of fans show up to BYU in those Chicago to Provo t-shirts, and it is a violation, the NCAA will find out whether a Ute reports it or not. And at that point, it will be a bigger deal.
