call it what you want, but pointing out that women act and react emotionally often based on hormonal shifts is not throwing them under the bus. Ask my wife her two sisters and my three sisters if you honestly don't believe it. Ask any OB/GYN. Find out why maternity wards are filled with brochures dealing with just this.
