You are guilty until proven innocent... with no way to refute your accuser
that was my main beef with the process.
I did find out throughout the process who turned me in, but not because the HCO told me, the girl told me who turned me in (I was kind of pissed that nothing happened to her, at least in the legal system there are repurcussions for false accusations, no such thing with the HCO. But it was a weird convoluted story, and she didn't intend for me to be ratted to the HCO.)
It is a long story, but in the end, I came away realizing that the system has MAJOR flaws in regards to the anonymous tattling.
Do a search for Y'ZGuy and Honor Code to see what can happen from false accusations, at least I was able to get out of trouble, he wasn't so lucky.
