The NCAA now allows businesses to pay athletes for use of their name, image, and likeness (NIL). CougarBoard is now able to pay athletes to do video interviews that we share on CougarBoard, YouTube, and our social media channels.
Each interview is split into three main videos which are 5-8 minutes each. They are posted to YouTube over a 2-week period (interspersed with other athletes). When published, the video is posted to CougarBoard as a sticky post for 6 hours, and is highlighted on our home page. It is also re-published in audio form on our podcast feed.
We also create 6 video shorts (under 1 minute each) that are posted to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
