I'd call your company IT and explain the situation to them. I've fixed a lot of
computers in my life and there's not much more to be done at this moment that doesn't involve opening the laptop up.

I think you've mentioned it, but totally unplug the laptop. Then hold down the power button for a long time (45 seconds). Make sure you have a hard off on the laptop and then tap the on button.

ALSO, make sure ALL peripherals are unplugged from the laptop.
