Insomnia advice
This is the 5th night in a row now where I have been awake past 3 AM. Each night I lay in my bed for hours with my eyes closed, trying to fall asleep, but it doesn’t happen.

In general over the past few years I have been more of a night owl. But I have typically still been able to get 7-8 hours of sleep. But now in this last week I have felt really out of whack. Like it could be 2:00 in the morning and I feel like I could go run a mile more easily than I could fall asleep.

Can anyone help me with this? I’d like to turn this around and become a good sleeper. I’m tired during the daytime from lack of sleep, but at night my sleepiness disappears and I feel alert. Any advice would be appreciated.
