I'd argue that's up to collectives if they want to share that info with their donors
But why should I be privy to how much a Florida collective is paying a football player and who the biggest donors are?
If a collective feels that publicizing their NIL deals will help, they can. If they want to do it publicly or just to the donors, they can. But there's no need for regulation stating that it has to be released to anyone who happens to want to know.
