sales pitch the entire time. If you do fly with them, make sure you purchase all of the "upgrades" in advance as they will charge more at the gate. The seats were cramped and had virtually no padding like they were trying to squeeze as many people in the plane as possible. I might consider flying them again if the cost savings was significant and it was a short flight, but for a 5 hour flight I likely won't fly them again. For me it's worth the extra money to fly a different airline.
