My city replaced the secondary water box with one that meters the water used.
What I didn't know is that the new replacement box doesn't have a spigot or any way to connect a hose to the irrigation water line.
I don't have a sprinkler system. I can't use the secondary water system until I install a second box and connect a spigot to it.
None of the notices about the replacement told me about the this.
Ridiculous.
