As good as Jaxon Robinson has played this year really speaks about the incompetence of Pope. It’s obvious that he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

I mean just think of how good Robinson could be if he were starting the game on the court. I bet he would blossom to the point of being on the radar of NBA scouts and could even start to project as someone who could develop into getting drafted.

The fact that he shoots the ball so accurately from deep and leads the team in scoring and is leading our second unit to average nearly 40 points a game speaks volumes about Popes inability to read a box score.

Imagine how good our second unit could be and how well we could not only survive starters being out but could actually thrive and pull away from other teams second units with Robinson in the starting lineup.

The deep holes that the starters are putting this team into in these games speaks volumes to the need of Pope to tweak things so that we can avoid these sluggish starts.

Hopefully now that we have guys like Baker and Adams back who will both obviously start Pope can overhaul things and find three starters to bring off the bench as Robinson Adams and Baker move to the positions they deserve.
