I do the same. Even with all fluorescent lighting our bill hit $96 in July.
That was until they decided it was a good idea to run the AC with the windows open :$ then it hit $186 last month (yeah, yeah, I don't want to hear any AZ whining, just know that Utah has had many days over 100).
I always try to keep my power bill as low as I can. I open the windows if its cooler outside etc. I think I got that crazy idea from my Dad always yelling about it.
