My take is a 4 team playoff with only 4 Power conferences, and you must win the CCG to be eligible. But the conferences all expand to 20 teams and they have a Semi-final CCg...they keep all the money in the conference. Run and owned by the four conferences.

Then the G5 are put into a separate Division and are cut down to four conferences and they have their own National Championship much like DII and DIII...they get the same amount of money as they do now. Run by the NCAA
