lives in SLC proper. Many of us live in the Salt Lake City Metro area, but still consider ourselves part of Salt Lake just like someone in Mead considers himself part of Spokane. I was born and raised in Spokane, but would likely never move back. It has many nice features, but the place is in a time warp.
