That's your opinion (and an odd one at that, coming from a BYU fan). You seem to be one of those people who feels that because Utah backed into the PAC 12 and has squeaked out 4 in a row over BYU that Utah is now the dominant program in the state. Not sure why people feel that way. Pretty easy to look around the national scene the last few years and see that BYU is the one that brings the headlines.

BYU is also the one that brings the viewership (over 14+ million viewers last year, compared to Utah's 3.3 million) and they drive the local media. A pair of socks at BYU dominated the news cycle here in Utah, while a cover-up abuse scandal in the swimming department at Utah gets glossed over.

Utah's a nice program, but they're definitely not a better, nor a more relevant program, than BYU. But you are obviously entitled to your opinion.
