I agree in a lot of ways--but he has obvious problems working w people.

As a head coach, it really--REALLY--holds him back.

I'd very much hate to lose his presence on our staff--& the non-FB changes he's made to our program are beyond praiseworthy, I agree--but I really wish we had a HC that could bring in & groom staff with more credentials & upside.

That was one huge attribute LaVell had over Bronco.
