The people I work with work my timezone... it's the other time honored issues, communication skills (and not just being able to speak English, but overall communication), quality/re-work, honesty, etc. etc. But hey, I have come to accept all of these and don't get worked up about it. Its actually double my billable hours because of the extra effort.
