Bronco is, in point of fact, a loose cannon... and frankly... the most painful kind of loose cannon... because what he says/does constantly both helps and hurts the University's overall reputation... but, just not enough damage for dramatic action to get this liability off the public podium of BYU.... yet.

For every awesome and great thing he says, we have to also be prepared for the "what the freak did you just say!!!?" comment... "what the freak did you just do!!!?" action.

This is not something we had to even think about with LaVell Edwards or Coach Rose, for example. We knew/know with impunity that these men will say and do what is in the best interest for BYU... without worrying about weird veiled comments or questionable agendas. This is not the case with Bronco.

Hence, he is no doubt, a loose cannon....

So alas, dedicated fans of BYU have to live with his embarrassing history, and dread the future... and as much as I wish you were right....and as much as I appreciate your push back... it is you, that unfortunately (I really mean that), does not know what you are talking about...

We'll save his "outsider" parts of the rant for next time.... just as relevant, I might add.
