other bubble team has on their resume. Their only bad loss is the one to Texas Tech. As I mentioned before they have a top 15 SOS and most all of their losses are to top 25 teams. The committee also looks at the entire body of work. They aren't supposed to place any added emphasis to how a team finishes - they're supposed to look at the entire season evenly (which is a change that happened a few years back). Losing 5 of 6 is what will have caused them to drop from a potential top 4 seed to a 9 or 10 seed, but 3 of those 5 losses would be to West Virginia (twice) and Iowa State who are both top 25 teams, and then a loss @ TCU which is a top 50 team according to Sagarin, though RPI has them rated just over 100. They wouldn't have the strongest profile in the world, but it would be hands down better than the teams on the bubble fighting for the last few spots.
