Learning how to perform an abortion is simply education, it doesn't mean you ever have to use it. And what happens if you DO have to use it as in the case of "rape, incest, or the health of the mother"? A BYU medical school could teach the technical aspects of the procedure while strongly educating against it's use. Doctors need to know, and how they use it is in their own conscience. I could see if medical schools were required to teach how to perform sex change operations. Maybe that's the sticking point.
