Is he teaching tactics, schemes, tackling, or blocking? No, but he does have the opportunity to teach them great attitude characteristics like hard work, perseverance, team unity, a belief that you can always win.... etc. Which, in watching his interviews and IBF seems like he is doing a much better job of IMO. Simple matter that as someone who spends more time with team in the off-season than anyone else he is bound to have a large influence.
