Yes, there are two teams shooting, but you didn't claim that BYU has a lock-down defense that is forcing opponents to take low percentage shots.
As cougfanblue points out, it is because UVU shot horribly and BYU got a TON of rebounds that game and the small sample size hasn't been able to overcome that outlier yet.
