Yes, I know this first season is very much venue driven, but as far as I have been able to determine, Obetz has no World Rugby standard facilities that seats more than one or two hundred people if that. Obetz *is* finalizing their purchase of the Columbus Motor Speedway, but a: they have only two months to turn that into a Rugby Pitch, and b: CMS has stated they will complete every event on their 2016 calendar. So it seems unlikely that that is where they will play.

So I am guessing that Obetz is going to spruce up one of their Memorial Park soccer fields adding enough grandstands for several thousand spectators, adding concessions, restrooms, etc. Still, it seems strange to hook their wagon to such an undeveloped star.
