Ty will be just fine. I have been to football games where he coached and where he just watched college games with me. I have discussed business with Ty. He is bright but more importantly has amazing football savvy. He knows how to coach football. He understands defenses. He always has. We aren't going to win every game but we will do better than most predict. Again this isn't about Ty, it is about understanding players, recruiting, and relationships. He has the "it" factor. Andy Boyce was a roommate of mine in college and he talked about how far ahead Ty was from every one else on the team. He was the same in the pros. As to understands ding people, a friend's wife was selling cinnamon rolls to support themselves while in college. Ty answered the door, bought all her rolls and then took her around to help her sell them again. He kept a couple. That is just the way he is and his players will give it all up for him.
