I almost bought a ranch south of Cody. It was a much larger ranch than mine. I was going to sell my Utah ranch and use the money to buy the Wyoming ranch. I got cold feet at the last minute. The seller came down an additional ten thousand. The multi million dollar debt scared me out of it. I still wonder if I made a mistake in not going to Wyoming. My wife would have preferred to stay in Utah. We've been happy in Utah so I guess we made the correct decision to not go to Wyoming.
