it's all politics and creating a false perception. Also it's not based on turnover, salary, or work/life balance so much as it is schmoozing with the magazine's editors & creating "stress rooms" & other fake benefits that nobody uses.

The fact that the Big 4 accounting firms are routinely listed in the Top 20 tells me all I need to know.
