It's tough to answer. It, 11/22/63, the Shining.
Those may be my top 3 until I think about it a little more.
Others are in consideration too.
I loved the first 2/3 of Tommyknockers.
The Dead Zone and the Green Mile were great too.

Hmm... Everyone mentions the Stand and the Dark Tower series right away.
The more I think about it, the more I think that either It or 11/22/63 is my favorite.
