I’ve usually stayed at the Snow King.

And Jackson really has lots of options, cabins to plenty of high end hotels and condos. Some good eateries as well.

Jackson is nice. Lots of history and good barbecue. It’s a bit south & east of Yellowstone but nice stops along the way
