It seems that the policy on my RV is based on a pre-determined replacement cost of $31,000 and that is what my premiums are based on. However, in their determination of total loss they used ACV to make the decision and the offered payout is closer to $22,000. Unless I am missing something there is a $9,000 gap from what they should be offering.
