She usually had it up in a combination of braids or clips or style, but on occasion she would have it down and I would accidently put my shoes on it when I would extend my legs to rest on the back legs of her chair and accidentally pull her hair. After the third or so time of it happening, I intentionally pushed my desk/chair back like 2 feet to avoid it. Her hair was natural - had never been cut.
