When SAP bought Qualtrics employee stock was cut in half with no explanation. The Smiths did really well and that's fine that's capitalism, but employees were diluted on equity more than once (I'd have to ask for more details), while huge stock grants went to the top brass. Ryan Smith seems like he's a positive charismatic leader and I believe that he'll do well with these pro teams but if his former or current employees wouldn't support him, should the Utah taxpayers? My friends went from wearing Qualtrics shirts all the time and loving the place to leaving the place. That tells me enough.
