That’s the Danny Ainge way. Work really hard to acquire young assets, but then dump the young assets for nothing in the
Unending pursuit for “more assets”.
All while not actually tanking because you’re giving mediocre veterans big minutes in effort to increase their value so you can trade them away for “more assets” only to then dump said assets on the cheap and just repeat the cycle into mediocrity oblivion.
