The people running vacation rentals in Henderson NV tract homes and Fort Worth suburbs won't make it in the long run. I have 2 friends from high school that both make most of their money now from Airbnb. Neither one has bought a new property in a couple of years and they only buy in high volume tourist areas.

Even then, one of them just bailed on his Vegas properties.
