The counter point to that is how many parents of athletes do you know that are a bit blind to the fact that their kid isn't as good as they think he is. Its probably more common than not among proud parents.
I also think he has learned from how Bronny has developed and he has taken a much lower profile of late with Bronny, but especially with Bryce (who is universally considered the better prospect).
I also feel some sympathy for lebron who's son's career asperations in pro sports has obviously been affected by a serious medical condition. I would be sympathetic to any parent that goes through that.
I admire Lebron as a parent. It seems like he goes out of his way to be at all his kids games and to support them. I'm not sure that is the case with people of his stature in any industry.
