Provo itself not too bad because it was mostly built out already but a lot of surrounding areas do have a bunch
of first phase type neighborhoods that are going to need more trees/landscaping to feel/look better in the future. And even then, trees can only do so much. But yeah, good developments only really work with time. I build some unique house in a plot of land....then you come along 2 years later and build something distinct from that....then two other families....and on and on and on....and 40 years down the road it's a cool neighborhood/street. Rarely works out that way when the goal is to get as many people as possible into an area as quickly as possible and make some serious $$$$$.
