Ya. I know people that use micro spikes on it
Personally I just use trailrunners. But if you have anyone not super sure footed or gangly teens that haven’t grown into their feet yet, or anyone over 50, spikes or yaktrax wouldn’t be a bad idea

I don't think the Narrows requires any climbing/repelling at all.
