The OG Storm Trooper helmet from 'A New Hope' (aka.. TK Helmet) is a hard replicate due to how the originals were made. Long story short.. The screen-used helmets were warped, uneven, each one unique (they only made 50 'stunt' helmets for the show.. and made made in a rush).
That's why most 3D-designed TK helmets don't look right... they are too symmetrical (the left side is just a mirror of the right side... but that's not how the movie helmets look).
IMHO.. if you want to make the best TK helmet... you have to power your way through with "Chris The Prop Guys" ANH TK Stunt helmet.
The files are (rumored) to be from a scan of an original movie stunt helmet... including all of the unique bumps and weird sizing. Its assembled just like the real helmets. and gives you the most authentic look of any STL's.
For all things Clone Wars and Mando, you need to get your files from Galactic Armory.. The owner is a great guy and puts some amazing effort into his files.

Then you have the Droid Division.. I've posted about them before but talk about going full circle. Started by a guy who just wanted to recreate some of his favorite Star Wars droids.. Years later Disney/Lucas used some of his droid designs in their movies and TV shows.
