extremely erratic, so I don't envision any big 12-level team picking him up unless its for depth. And then if its just for depth with spot minutes available (and more if injuries occur), it seems like that's the same type of thing he could have gotten by sticking around at BYU. So are all these other big 12 coaches just flattering him into saying there's a big chance for playing time, when in reality they envision him as a 3rd or 4th big?
So maybe it is a tough decision for him to get some NIL at a bigger program with less chance of playing time than to go to a lower school with more chance of playing time but perhaps no NIL.
But with how erratic he is, its still a question if anywhere in D1 he would regularly start and play 25-30 minutes. Even UVU type teams usually have 7 footers on their roster.
