A team with 0 top 50 wins? How are they better?

They aren't close according to rpi. How many Top 50 wins outside of conference does the entire Pac-12 have-1, and that was Stanford over the mighty Colorado State Rams.

Go ahead and cherry pick a number from the top of the conference and the PAC will lose.
