Dude is a freaking 17 year season ticket holder, he decided to really invest in some good price seats, and because BYU tickets botched sale estimates, he is seeing the type of seat he bought go for hardly nothing for the Houston game and now Virginia starting to be discounted.
Do not tell him to suck it up, tell BYU to suck it up. Give the dude a refund or guarantee some kind of discount on next season tickets.
