It was by far the most affordable we found within walking distance with three little ones. You won't find a more convenient location - it is literally right across the street from the park. Decent free breakfast provided at the restaurant next door each morning. It's a pretty typical Best Western, so nothing fancy, but it was quiet and clean. I got it through Costco for around $130/night for a two bedroom room with a pull out bed.
