I think it's not as simple as a buy-in issue
Think about it. Bills was great, but got hurt ans missed a lot of time. PoVey has a stellar year at safety. Most consistent guy in the secondary last year. JJ got hurt. Daniel was best suited for safety, but boundary corner next, and he played mostly at field corner for the team. Davis started at WR, moved to corner, moved back to WR in spring, then back to corner in fall camp. But he played hard when he played. Preator and Nacua were very inexperienced but both finished strong. Leavitt played tough, but got hurt again.

I think it's more due to injuries and guys playing out of position or inexperience than a buy-in issue. But if it was a buy-in, I think it was just 1 guy, who transferred as a result of that.
