But the fact that they won't be playing with much NFL talent around them maybe should concern them (if they care about that).

I agree that the fact that we can't think of many players who should have made it to the NFL but didn't under Bronco says a lot about the talent he has brought in. For the first several years of his tenure, his main goal was to recruit guys who wouldn't gang-rape anyone. He has been very successful with that goal. It seems that in more recent years he had been looking for more talent to go along with that.
