I was in canada on a 19ft fishing boat... We were
Driving ourselves in a bay, salmon and halibut. Was at a posh fishing lodge situation. You could have a guide or not and my fil knows what he's doing, so, no guide.
Anyway, we saw a pod of killer whales come into the bay so we stopped fishing and sped over to them. It wasn't until we we pretty close that I realized the mom was a lot bigger than our boat. She had a baby with her.
Yeah, not very smart. Nothing happened, but still.
