This play is evidence enough that the blue turf should be outlawed by the NCAA.
The MWC has already outlawed BSU from using the blue jerseys on the blue field. That plus this play shows that the MWC and BSU think the the blue jersys on the smurf turf gives BSU a competitive advatage.
