It all depends on the intent of the viewer.

I have no problem with somebody making a video like this. That's their choice and they can choose to do that. I can enjoy it for its quality, professionalism, and entertainment value.

But I won't get all gushy either knowing that this was a professionally made video attempting to get the heart warming reaction. I know I am rather cynical by nature and won't deny it. To me this hearkens back to the contrived moments in the mommy blogs.
