I don't think that an inherent problem. If there is a good chance you need to
be admitted you shouldn't go to a freestanding. Most ER visit don't require hospitalization

That's what I'm thinking. Seen them other places but not here. Either instacare or ER, that's it.

I've never seen a free standing ER in L.A. They are called Urgent Care.
