I don't see any reason to it. But people keep saying it like its a thing. Its not.

Army is a 2 for 1. They play at Army in 2018 & 2025. Army comes to Va in 2021

Also, big difference in traveling from Wake or UVA to Liberty, than BYU to Liberty.

When we first got that deal, many CBers thought it validated our bid at independence. At the time it did help our brand.
