has made up for it a bit. You lose a Kaho or a Kump to a mission, but you add a Folau and a Hoge and an Empey and a Kirby, etc. It sucks for sure, but it's at least been nice to have so many guys come in from other places during a stretch where so much talent was leaving right out for missions. Such a huge influx isn't sustainable, but it's been perfect to bridge the gap while they're trying to get the right kind of guys in the program as quickly as possible, and having to deal with waiting for some of those guys who are "right."
People can complain about a class recruiting ranking, but props to the coaches for this big time influence they've had in bringing these guys in to cover. And it more than compensates for any sort of ranking. The number of guys who have come in since Sitake got here have almost made up a full recruiting class themselves.
For reference there are only about 13 guys yet together they would have made up the #75 class last year. That's crazy.
