I don't believe there is a city more equipped, a better infrastructure and closer proximity to ALL events than SLC.
The furthest events from SLC last time were 35 miles (Provo ice arena).
IIRC, the Ski competitions in Vancouver were a couple hours away?

SLC should've bid (USOC to blame) for the 2022 Winter games. Beijing is a complete joke that they have the winter games
