Brittany's take was that Wilson only went to BYU because he didn't get offered at the U, which is true. It is already an established fact that Wilson would have gone to Utah if he had been offered.
Momma Wilson then "owns her" by pointing out that he was offered scholarships at better schools (it is debatable if those schools are "better" as far as football goes), but regardless it doesn't change the OP's point that he only went to BYU because he didn't get offered by Utah.

Clearly that was a mistake by Kyle and yes most Utah fans would trade their right arms to have him now, but it doesn't negate the point.
I'm sure BYU fans feel the same about Covey who they could have had if they had wanted him, (obviously BYU technically offered, but didn't make him a priority until it was too late). The same can be said of Matt Gay and Andy Phillips.
